Guest Terms and Conditions

In order to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, this facility determines the rules as follows. Violation of these rules may result in the cancellation of the accommodation contract.

Notes

1. Please check the evacuation route map and emergency exits posted in your room immediately upon arrival.
2. Use of the room beyond the contracted number of guests at the time of booking is prohibited. If it is discovered after check-in that the number of guests exceeds the contracted amount, we will charge 10,000 yen per extra guest per night. If there is an error in the number of guests or any changes, please contact us immediately.
3. The following acts are strictly prohibited within this facility:
   1. Use of electrical appliances that are prone to causing a fire.
   2. Smoking in rooms and inside the building.
   3. Acts that inconvenience third parties, including loud conversations, fighting, and giving off a foul odor.
   4. Bringing the following items into the facility:
      1. Pets. (excluding guide dogs)
      2. Drugs prohibited by law, such as stimulants and narcotics.
      3. Dangerous items.
      4. Garbage and items that give off a foul odor.
      5. Any other items that are prohibited to be brought into the facility by this facility.
   5. Acts that are against public order and morals.
   6. Moving, modifying, or taking out the equipment and items in this facility, or using those for purposes other than their intended use.
   7. Leaving guests’ personal belongings outside the guest rooms.
   8. Use of hair dye, bleach, etc. in the facility.
   9. Any acts of burning items that leave a lingering scent, such as incense or aromas, or cooking foods that leave an odor.
   10. Commercial activities.
4. The following acts within the facility are strictly prohibited:
   Posting photos, stickers, or posters on windows, walls, floors, or equipment in the facility, or displaying other items that damage the appearance of the facility.
5. Regarding the handling of keys:
   If you lose a key, a reissue fee of 3,000 yen will be charged per key. Please take great care in keeping them safe.
6. Check-in Time Policy
   Check-in time is from 4:00 PM.
   If you wish to check in early, please inform us by 7:00 PM on the day before check-in. (Fee: ¥2,000 / hour)
   Luggage storage is available free of charge. However, availability for early check-in and luggage storage depends on the reservation status, so please contact us in advance.
7. Check-out Time Policy
   Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
   Cleaning and linen staff will enter the room, so please be punctual.
   If you wish to check out late, please inform us by 7:00 PM on the day before check-out. (Fee: ¥3,000 / hour, until 12:00 PM latest)
   Please note that late check-out may not be available depending on reservation status.
   If you check out after 10:00 AM without prior notice, a fee of ¥5,000 / hour will be charged.
