For a Comfortable Stay

  • No Shoes Indoors

    Shoes are not allowed inside this facility. Please remove your shoes at the door and wear slippers indoors.

  • No Smoking

    Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. If you wish to smoke, please use the ashtray provided outside the front door on the left side. Be sure to completely extinguish the cigarette to prevent fire hazards. Do not litter the facility with cigarette butts! Please note that if smoking indoors is detected, we will charge compensation for damages.

  • No Pets Allowed

    Pets are not allowed in this facility. Please refrain from bringing your pets. (except guide dogs)

  • No Entry or Lodging by Anyone other than Contracted Guests

    Entry and lodging by anyone other than registered guests are not allowed. Only guests with reservations may use the facility.

  • Use of Equipment (including Amenities)

    The equipment and amenities provided are for use within the premises only. Please refrain from taking them outside or removing them from this facility.

  • Please be Mindful of Noise in the Room

    This facility is a private lodging located in a residential area. Therefore, we kindly ask that you be considerate and avoid disturbing the neighbors. Please ensure that doors are opened and closed quietly. Be especially mindful during late-night and early-morning hours (from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the following morning), as noise during these times may result in trouble involving the police.
    Additionally, to prevent issues between guests, please refrain from the following:

    • Running, jumping, or walking with heavy footsteps.
    • Loud conversations, disputes, parties, or events.
    • Listening to TV, music, etc., at a high volume.
    • Throwing or dropping balls or other objects on the floor or walls.

    We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

  • How to Separate and Dispose of Garbage

    We ask for your cooperation in separating the garbage.
    Please use the four-tiered wastebasket to separate the following:

    • Top tier: Burnable garbage
    • 2nd tier: Plastic bottles
    • 3rd tier: Cans
    • Bottom tier: Bottles

    For non-burnable and other waste, please use the other wastebaskets or separate them into different garbage bags. If the garbage bag becomes full, please take it to the waste collection site, located outside the front door on the left. Spare garbage bags are available under the kitchen sink. Please place one in the wastebasket before disposing of your garbage.

  • Precautions when Using the Toilet

    Please sit on the toilet seat when using the toilet. To prevent clogging, only flush toilet paper, and avoid flushing large amounts at once.

  • Turning off the Lights & Locking the Door when Going out or at Bedtime

    When you go out, please check the following:

    • All windows are locked.
    • All water taps (in the bathroom, sink, kitchen, and toilet) are turned off.
    • All electric appliances (air conditioner, TV, induction cooktop, air purifier, lighting, etc.) are turned off.

    Once you have checked all the above, please lock the front door before leaving. Before going to sleep, make sure the front door is locked and all water taps are turned off before turning off the lights.

  • Security-Related Matters

    Please do not share your security number with anyone other than the guest(s) in your room. You are responsible for the safekeeping of your valuables. We are not liable for any loss or theft of your valuables. Please respect the privacy of other guests. When meeting them in person, kindly greet them and observe basic good manners.

  • Use of the Refrigerator

    Please remember to either take any leftovers with you or dispose of them before you leave. Kindly empty the refrigerator to ensure it is clean for the next guest. If our cleaning staff finds any leftover items after your check-out, they will dispose of them. We cannot be held responsible for any items that are discarded or taken as garbage. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

  • Cleaning

    During your stay, our cleaning staff will generally not enter your room, except when replacing sheets for guests staying four or more consecutive nights. Please be mindful of the next guests by keeping the facility clean. Littering indoors is strictly prohibited. Kindly dispose of your garbage in the wastebasket. Thank you for helping us maintain a pleasant environment for all guests.

  • Other Prohibited Matters

    • Use of open flames.
    • Bringing hazardous materials.
    • Use of incense, perfumes, aromatherapy products, or anything that leaves a lingering scent.
    • Boiling anything other than water or using the electric kettle for cooking or preparing food.
    • Damaging appliances, furniture, dishes, or any part of the facility, such as floors, walls, and doors.
    • Use of illegal or controlled substances, including drugs prohibited by law.
    • Use of hair dye, bleach, or any substances for hair coloring.

Please Confirm Before Booking

In accordance with the law, identification for all guests staying is required. Therefore, you must submit a photo of one of the following identification documents, along with necessary information for your stay, by the day before check-in. The submission method will be provided upon completing your reservation, so please have the documents ready in advance.

  • One of the Following Documents

    • Driver's License (front side)
      If there are any address changes or other details on the back, the back side will also be required.
    • My Number Card (front side)
    • Passport (photo page)
    Documents must include a photo, full name, date of birth, and address.
  • Information Required for Your Stay

    • Full name
    • Address
    • Occupation
    • Nationality (only for overseas visitors to Japan)
    • Passport Number (only for overseas visitors to Japan)

If you are unable to cooperate with the identification process, your reservation will be canceled and no refunds will be provided. Please be aware of this in advance.

Regarding Noise

This property operates as a guesthouse with floors on both the first and second levels. While we have taken all possible measures, due to the structure being a single house, some noise may occur if both floors are reserved. Please be aware of this in advance when making your reservation.
